1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website of Royale Grill et Café (https://www.royalegrilletcafe.ca), placing online food orders, or booking a table reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec and Canada.

2. Online Orders, Pricing & Taxes

Pricing: All menu prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Quebec provincial and federal sales taxes (GST 5% & QST 9.975%) are calculated and itemized at checkout.
Preparation: Food orders are prepared fresh upon order placement. Once cooking has started in our kitchen, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Delivery: Delivery fees depend on delivery distance from our restaurant in Terrebonne. Tips are optional and provided directly to the delivery team.

3. Table Reservations & Group Deposits

Standard Parties (1 to 9 guests): Free reservation with instant confirmation receipt.
Large Group Bookings (10+ guests): A tiered reservation deposit is collected via secure Stripe checkout to guarantee dedicated seating and staff scheduling.
Grace Period: Reserved tables will be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time.

4. Food Allergies & Special Dietary Needs

Please specify any allergies (nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, etc.) in your order notes or reservation request. While our culinary team takes extreme precautions, our kitchen processes multiple ingredients and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Secure Payment Processing (Stripe)

Online card payments are processed securely through Stripe using state-of-the-art PCI-DSS Level 1 encryption protocols. Your payment credentials are never stored directly on our servers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Terrebonne, Quebec.
